At the end of last year, the complete wort treatment line was modernised at brewery Roman. This included new automated wort aeration, new CIP plant and integration a new wort centrifuge, all migrated to the existing automation platform.
Planning preparation and follow up was crucial, as the the brewery did not want to shut down their brewhouse for more than 2 weeks during the X-mas period. After New Year all was started up successfully and in time.
